We’re delighted to offer the convenience of online booking to make scheduling a breeze! To secure your appointment, we’ll need a card number to cover any no-shows or late cancellations.
You can also easily manage your bookings online, allowing you to cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance.

We know that life can be unpredictable! That’s why we don’t charge for cancellations made up to 48 hours in advance.
If you need to cancel within 48 hours, there will be a charge of 50% of the total booking fee. For cancellations made within 24 hours or in the case of a no-show, we’ll need to charge 100% of the total booking fee.

We’re excited to offer boarding services for dogs of all sizes! As proud small dog owners ourselves, we can only accommodate dogs that are friendly and comfortable around others.
For other pets, such as cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and hamsters, we’d love to see if we can assist based on their specific care needs. Please feel free to reach out to us directly for more information. We’re here to help!
Absolutely, we offer overnight pet boarding! To provide the best personalized care, we host only one dog at a time. Please feel free to reach out for availability—we’d love to help!
While we don’t offer daycare as a standard service, we can be flexible based on availability. We’d be happy to arrange a meet-and-greet in our home beforehand to ensure a great fit! Please reach out for more information and pricing—we’re here to help!
For first-time boarders, we’re excited to arrange a meet-and-greet at our home! This is a wonderful opportunity for us to get to know your dog better, and for them to meet our small dog as well.
During the meet-and-greet, we’ll chat about your dog’s daily routine, any specific needs, and their unique quirks to ensure they have a comfortable stay. Once we confirm the dates, we’ll book you into our system and send you a Dog Boarding Registration form via email to complete online. We kindly ask that this form be filled out at least 48 hours before your dog arrives. The good news is you only need to complete it once! We can’t wait to welcome your furry friend!
We’ll send you an invoice for the agreed number of boarding nights seven days before your arrival. We kindly ask that the invoice be settled in full via bank transfer 48 hours before drop-off. Thank you for your understanding, and we can’t wait to welcome your furry friend!
